Finding Connecting Points

Salt + Light 'Ohana,

In Acts chapter 17, Paul was in Athens speaking to the philosophers and government officials of the day.  Within the Greek culture, they worshipped many gods, so many in fact that they even had an altar dedicated to the worship of “AN UNKNOWN GOD.”  How did Paul find a connecting point with this audience and culture, so that he would be able to share the gospel?  How can we make connections within our culture to help others know Christ?  Join us on Sunday at 9am for our online worship service to find out!

Know Him and make Him known!

Join us on Sunday, July 12th, from 9:00am-11:00am to celebrate Salt + Light’s one-year anniversary!

Here are the details.

  • Where?  We'll be gathering in the little park across the street from Waikiki School.

  • What do I bring?  Please bring your beach chairs or a towel to sit on, your Bibles and your servant's heart for the community!

  • What's included in the celebration?  We'll be walking around and dropping off a small gift to our neighbors around the Diamond Head area, so dress comfortably!

PLEASE RSVP so we can get a headcount for the free bento lunch!

For those of us who can’t make it in person, don’t worry, we will also be providing an online service, so you can join us at home!
